Repair and Modernisation of Water Desalination Plant Control System

Delivery of a new Water Quality Monitoring system for a client in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Initially, the client requested repairs for the Water Quality Monitoring System at one of their desalination plants. Raqeeb provided the necessary support and resolved the issue. Upon completion, our team presented the client with a report detailing their filtration methods and highlighting the inadequacy of the system given the desalination plant's capacity. The report included solutions that, when implemented, would provide early maintenance warnings, thus minimizing unscheduled maintenance interruptions.

The client requested these changes, which led to an 83% reduction in unscheduled maintenance events in 2023 and a 12% annual increase in the system's operational capacity.
